Using bespoke interior design we transform these properties, creating unique homes that stand out from the crowd and are instantly appealing to our target audience.
We work with a team of dedicated refurbishment professionals who work around the clock to transform all of our properties.
Our strategies include buy-to-sell (flip), buy-to-let (BTL) and houseshares (HMOs).
We also help other investors buy investment properties through the auction and we offer interior desgn services too.

youth homelessness
For every HMO we do we sponsor a room at Centrepoint, helping to give a vulnerable young homeless person a fresh start.
It's just a drop in the ocean, but it's a start and as we grow we hope to be able to do more.
