Simon Duckworth

Si is experienced in many areas of property investment, including buy-to-sell (flip), HMO (house of multiple occupation) / co-living, B2L (buy-to-let), BRRR (buy, refurb, rent, re-finance).
In his element sourcing properties and crunching numbers, Si is responsible for acquisitions, purchasing most of our properties at auction. Si thrives in this fast-paced and transparent environment and over the years has developed a clear process he follows each and every time to ensure we buy well and the level of risk is minimised.
Working with a fantastic team of solicitors and brokers, Si deals with everything to do with financing our projects.
He’s also a very experienced project manager, ensuring all our projects are delivered on time and budget, whilst working closely with local agents to ensure maximum sale prices are achieved.
Si loves to talk about property at all hours of the day, ideally whilst playing golf, cycling and drinking coffee (not all at the same time though!), so if you fancy a chat get in touch.
Heidi Moment
Interior Design, Project Management, Business Development
Trained at the National Design Academy, Heidi relishes the design process, striving to create functional and eye-catching properties that stand out from the crowd and have maximum appeal to the target audience.
When working on projects, both our clients' and our own, Heidi's primary objective is to attract better, longer-staying tenants and give us more security.
With a background in project management Heidi is super efficient. She always has an eye on the bottom line and is experienced at working within the budget to maximise profitability whilst not compromising on quality.
When she's not working she's busy raising our two little explorers, growing veg, making fairy houses out of clay or organising some kind of fundraising event or other.
Our no-nonsense, straight-talking Northerner loves a good natter, so if you want to talk about working together or you need some help with your interior then give Heidi a shout.
