Through bespoke design we aim to create the perfect space for your needs. To achieve this we use the right mix of colour, patterns, textures, wallpaper, paint, furniture, furnishings and accessories. All designed specifically for your property and the end user.

Interior Design
Creating the spaces you need, including; creative vision, design scheme and colour palette, kitchen and bathroom, window treatments, floor coverings, furniture, soft furnishings, accessories, creative lighting.
Garden Design
Creating outdoor spaces that are functional and appealing, including space planning, landscaping ideas, plus areas for planting, seating, eating and socialising.
Product Sourcing
Sourcing all the required products and using our trade discounts to purchase everything that's needed for the project, eg. paint, furniture, furnishings, accessories, artwork, signage and anything else.
Project Management & Installation
Organising all works to be done by our trusted contractors, including decorating, electrics, plumbing, joinery etc. We also have a dedicated installation team to help with the final installation.
Styling
Final styling of the property is when it all comes together and the next time you see the property it will have been completely transformed.
Photography
For our commercial clients we always finish the project with a staged professional photography session, providing outstanding photographs suitable for marketing and social media purposes. This final stage is so important, as it's these pictures that will attract potential tenants to view your property.
New luxury apartments
Leeds
My client had developed 7 luxury apartments on Street Lane in Leeds and wanted help furnishing them to create high-end luxury homes for professional tenants.
We sourced, bought and installed all the furniture, rugs, artwork, mirrors, beds, soft furnishings and accessories.
The colour scheme ran throughout the whole block with each apartment having a slightly different execution, making each apartment bespoke and unique.
Student property transformation
My client’s amazing 10-bed student property in Leeds had seen better days.
My brief was to make it more appealing to tenants whilst keeping some of the existing furniture which was still in good condition and only replacing what was necessary, to keep budget down.
The result is this bright and clean leafy paradise, which was a hit with students as soon as it went on the market. All rooms were let within 2 weeks and all rents have been increased too.
